The position of the hotel was convenient and peaceful, in walking distance from the centre or beaches.

The place is well priced and fully equipped. Good room, with comfortable bed, kind staff. Early check-in, parking on site.

A bit tricky to find, have a good map! The "Suite for 4" just means there is a single sofa bed and single pullout bed in the dining area. The Booked.net site did not explain that parking is unavailable if you arrive after 7 pm, because reception closes then. Also, the "PIN number" Booked.net provides was unusable, and it took about 1/2 hour on the phone to sort things out with the hotel before we could get in.

I do not like: - Log off in the early - Parking is not free, although - The lack of channels TV (Arab) I blame the reception staff did not tell me how to open the outer door I went to the tour and then I went back to the hotel late at night and found the doors closed! But after many attempts I was able to open the door ..!

Stayed for 2 nights in this fully equipped and well priced place, greatly enjoyed that. The rooms were perfectly clean and beds - big. Convenient location and overall the staff was super friendly and incredibly nice. Further, it was so close to the center of the town, a supermarket up the hill and the centre of Annecy.

We loved staying in this hotel! Neat and cheap units with bathroom, a double bed, for instance, and the staff were very very helpful👌

We found the location to be peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Although it required a bit of effort to get there from the train station, once we arrived, we found the hotel's private parking to be convenient. We appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff, who went out of their way to assist us when we encountered a problem.

We were disappointed by the lack of information provided about how to use the self-catering facilities.

Fully furnished specially for the kitchen utensils. Good price for public parking which is securised with electronic remote control gate. Walking distance to the Lake Annecy/Vieux Annecy(approx. 30minutes = 2 kms).

The bed sofa that makes a noise every time we move or change the position while sleeping/sitting on it. Bathroom has humidity smells.
